AutoValueAI is provided under the RAIS Master Agreement. It is the same agreement customers review and sign inside the application.

This website
We measure how people use this site with our own first-party analytics. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- Two first-party cookies hold a random visitor id (13 months) and a session id (30 minutes), plus the campaign you first arrived from (30 days).
- We record the pages you view, the buttons you click to request a demo, get started or sign in, your browser and device type, and your network address with the last part removed. This website's analytics never store your full IP address.
- The Meta Pixel tells Meta which pages of this public site you viewed and when a demo request was sent, along with the cookie and browser details Meta uses to match a visit to an ad. It does not run on the sign-in page or inside the application, and it never receives what you type into the demo form.
- If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we set no cookies, count your visit anonymously and do not load the Meta Pixel.
- Details you type into the demo form go to our sales team by email so we can contact you. The analytics record keeps only the yard name.
- If you sign up on this site, we keep what you enter on the sign-up form (your name, your yard's name, address and phone, your email and login) to set up your account, with a one-way hash of your password, never the password itself, and the campaign you first arrived from. The Meta Pixel does not run on the sign-up page.
Billing information
If your yard does not have billing on file with RAIS yet, you add a bank account to switch AutoValueAI from demo mode to this week's auctions. You enter it on a secure form; the routing and account numbers are sent to our payment processor (Accept.blue, by Service First Processing) and are never stored by us. We keep the processor's reference to the account, the account type and its last four digits, which version of the debit authorization you agreed to, and the date, login and full network address of the agreement, as the banking rules require. The account is debited monthly for the previous month's vehicles under the Master Agreement above; nothing is charged in demo mode. To change or remove the account, call 800-211-0812.
